We're Luis & Karina — a couple of makers, pet lovers, and coffee-town dreamers building something meaningful from Coatepec, Veracruz.
Where it all began
It all started with Janis — the dog who played cupid and brought us together. From that moment, pets became the heart of everything we do.
Nine years ago, we started @mascotas.cascabel in Mexico — a brand built on the belief that pet accessories should be as unique and full of personality as the animals who wear them. Today, our community has grown to over 90,000 pet lovers who trust our quality and love our designs.
We make every tag in our studio in Coatepec, Veracruz — a magical cloud forest town famous for its coffee, flowers, and creative energy. We developed our own laser-cutting and sublimation-on-acrylic technique over years of experimentation, giving our tags that vibrant, waterproof finish you won't find anywhere else.
Our U.S. brand, Hola Lulu Pets, ships through our family in San Antonio, TX — so you get the quality of a Mexican artisan studio with the speed of domestic shipping.

📱 QR Activation
QR Activation Policy
Each tag comes with a unique PIN included in your package. You have one activation per tag. If you need help with your activation, contact us at hello@holalulupets.com.
Activated tags cannot be transferred to another owner for security reasons. If you adopt out a pet, please contact us for assistance.
